The first APS Members Portfolio Exchange was exhibited in the gallery at AIA's new location in Decatur.

Framing, from initial design through hanging the finished piece, presented by Andrea Emmons who has over 20 years of framing experience.

•Sunday, May 18, 2008, 3-5pm - Annual Members Meeting
Annual Members Meeting at the studio. A social gathering for members, a time for discussion about the studio and other programming, and a chance to get more involved with APS. An artist talk was given by Athens-based artist, Melissa Harshman.

The Granite Room, 211 Peters Street, Atlanta, Ga 30313
Corrina Sephora Mensoff's exhibit -On the Surface of the Water- was a series of mixed media sculpture installations, monotypes, drawings and video. Artist talk at 3pm.

Social networking and demonstrations at the APS studio. Terri Dilling demonstrated SCREEN EXPOSURES USING PHOTO EMULSION.

Meejin Hong taugh a 2-day monotype workshop using AKUA water-based inks.

Meeting in the studio to provide an update of APS activities and accomplishments, plus time for questions, suggestions and discussions among members.

•April 2-6, 2007 - Printmaking for Teens, Spring Break
M-F, 9am - 12 noon each day
Organized by Hammonds House Gallery, APS conducted a week-long printmaking workshop for middle school and high school students.

APS presents a workshop for kids to learn about printmaking while creating a community print quilt that will be displayed at the Mechanicsville Branch Library. Sponsored by the Fulton County Art's Council's Public Art Program.

The first official APS event was a gathering of members to print linoleum blocks and break in our first press - a Vandercook press!
