APS coordinates a variety of exhibitions in different locations to give our artist members an opportunity to show their work, and to promote the art of printmaking.

Residency Exhibit at Portal Gallery

Reception, Thursday July 8, 7-9pm
Please join us at Portal Gallery on July 8th from 7-9pm for a reception with our three current participants in the Emerging Artist Residency: Mariana Depetris, Cynthia Thompson and Hannah Skoonberg. Their completed residency projects are on exhibit from July 8-August 7, 2010. Portal Gallery is adjacent to the print studio at 675 Metropolitan Parkway SW, #6026. Gallery hours are the same as APS open studio hours.

Abernathy Arts Center in Sandy Springs is hosting the 2010 APS Members Exhibition. The exhibition will run from June 18-July 17 with an opening reception on Friday, June 18, 6:30-8:30pm.

Folium Darwinii
Exhibition of the print portfolio "Folium Darwinii". Artists from APS and Asheville Bookworks created prints about the life and ideas of Charles Darwin, and the impact they have had. Catalog of the entire portfolio is available.

Educational Exhibit of Prints and Plates from the Atlanta Printmakers Studio and the Southwest Arts Center.

The 2008 Art of Democracy political poster exhibit presented artist perceptions of the state of American Politics. It is being shown as part of an activist artist show in Sewanne.
