The goal of Print Big! reflects the mission of the Atlanta Printmakers Studio (APS) – to support and celebrate the vitality of printmaking and to educate the community about this historic image-making medium. Individuals and small groups of artists will design and carve 4’x8’ woodblocks that were printed on the day of the event with a steamroller. The focus of the designs of this year’s prints is En Route  Definition: During the course of a journey; on the way.

Print Big! will be held Saturday, April 16 at Atlanta Printmakers Studio.  This event is open to the public, and attendance is free.

Volunteer: There is much work required in preparing for the event as well as the day of the event. Contact Chris Neuenschwander if you'd like to volunteer. 
Become a Sponsor: Financial support is always needed and greatly appreciated! All money donated will go towards financing Print BIG! 2016. Print Big! 2016 is our seventh year running this annual community art event! The goal of Print Big! reflects the mission of the Atlanta Printmakers Studio – to support and celebrate the vitality of printmaking and to educate the community about this historic image-making medium. The focus of Print Big! is fun, creativity, and collaboration. Participating groups from Georgia, featuring artists, community organizations, and college, university, and high school students, will design and carve 4’x8’ woodblocks that will be printed on the day of the event with a steamroller.

Print Big! features festivities that include hands-on printmaking activities, tours of the Atlanta Printmakers Studio, food, and much more! The event will take place outside at the Atlanta Printmakers Studio, located in the Metropolitan Business and Arts District at 675 Metropolitan Parkway in Atlanta.
