Thursday Nights at APS

On THURSDAY NIGHTS you are invited to bring your whatever you are currently working on for a fun night of creating, sharing and hanging out with other folks at APS. It is free for anyone to participate in the group, but we hope you will consider becoming an APS member or updating your APS membership status if it has lapsed.

PLEASE NOTE: THESE ARE FREE GATHERINGS. NO FORMAL INSTRUCTION IS SCHEDULED, BUT WE'LL HELP YOU OUT!

All Thursday Nights will be held Virtually until further notice.

RELIEF CARVERS UNITED 6:30-9:30pm

Every THIRD THURSDAY of the month relief printers are invited to bring their personal relief projects to the studio to carve or print in the company of other carvers. All you need is a linoleum block and paper! The studio will provide carving tools and black ink.

Local relief artists such as Jerushia Graham, Jamaal Barber, and Stephanie Smith will be present to greet you at the studio.

Atlanta Printmakers Studio

Atlanta Printmakers Studio is a non-profit community printmaking studio located in the historic West End neighborhood just minutes from downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Founded in 2005 to promote the fine art of printmaking, the studio offers access to a well-equipped studio and diverse educational programs that foster the development of printmaking as a vibrant and progressive art form. Each year APS provides the community with a variety of experiences such as classes, workshops, residencies, internships and exhibitions. In addition to activities in the studio, APS offers a continuing calendar of outreach events to serve the local community. We welcome all artists and the general public to join us in creating, learning about, and collecting fine art prints.
